"Is this sort of problem in the hands of a GM?"
"Is it a GM or an Admin that I should call?"
"Did I try asking another player?"
"Did I try going ingame to look for a GM?"
"Did I look at the site or updates for a possible solution or downtime?"
"Did I see the other topics in this section and try to figure out what I need to ask?"
"Will there be a server restart anytime soon?"
